* High school level of knowledge.
* Minimum of two years experience in maintenance type repairs, some plumbing and electrical experience preferred.
* Prior hospital maintenance experience desirable.
* Ability to operate a variety of plant equipment, hand and power tools.
* Knowledge of various mechanical equipment operation and repair. Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Possession of a valid New York State Driver’s license desirable.
