Dishwasher

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completing all opening and closing duties.
• Cleaning all dishes and making sure they are stocked.

• Maintaining a clean workstation and replacing dish machine detergents.

• Cleaning and returning any kitchen equipment/utensils promptly after use so other employees can have access to them.

• Taking out trash and recycling
• Checking and replacing dirty buss tubs in the cafe dining room and catering events.
• Assist in cleaning projects during downtime.
• Willing to help in other BOH roles if directed by the Head Chef.

• Arrive to work with proper hygiene and kitchen attire according to the Minneapolis American Indian Center’s Staff Handbook.

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
