Founded in 1927 as a division of Pan American World Airways, Avports is an experienced and trusted airport manager and operator. Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, administrative support for human resources and administrative operations. Perform routine tasks to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws while maintaining accurate records, supporting employee programs, and facilitating efficient HR processes.

Minimum high school diploma, and three (3) years of related experience, preferably in a transportation, aviation, municipal, or other highly regulated environment. Associate's degree in a related field is preferred, and equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Regular, full-time, non-exempt position working on-site, reporting to the Human Resources Manager. Must be able to meet and maintain all airport security, badging, and access requirements applicable to the position.
