** Maintenance Lead
** supporting
** the MTO ASPEX Team
** in Fort Worth, TX, a typical day will include:
* Providing day to day maintenance coordination for maintenance technicians involved in craft specialties (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation and Fabrication).
* Providing training, work direction and guidance while performing work in one or more of the skilled trades.
* Leading Tier I meetings and be the department representative to insure maintenance support is provided to execute daily production schedule and assesses escalation of maintenance issues.
* Ensuring equipment reliability by performing Job Plan assessments and equipment critical spare parts assessments.
* Providing proper delegation, reconciliation and guidance of executing department PM’s and reviewing documents for GDP, completeness and execution assessment.
* Assuring compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures and representing the shift in HSE Meetings and assigned actions.
* Understanding, generating, and executing Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Preventative Maintenance Change Requests (PMCR) and Equipment Master Record Forms.
* Ensuring operation risk reduction by providing bimonthly updates of PM, CM, and equipment issues to maintenance manager.
* Ensuring shop and satellite cage areas are in compliance to 5’s and verifying the team is equipped with appropriate equipment to perform job tasks.
* Leading manufacturing non–conformance and complaint investigations and reporting summary of findings to manager and MNC team.
* Heavy involvement with CAPA initiation.
* Ensuring group adheres to Central Stores guidelines when ordering and stocking equipment spare parts via WESCO programs and services.
* Generating and distributing daily shift summary.
** WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
* 3 Years of Relevant Experience
