Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay range of $19.39 - $27.72 / hour. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview

Draught Technicians are the frontline experts who ensure every pint poured in bars, restaurants, and on-premise accounts delivers the perfect beer-drinking experience. You’ll visit accounts regularly, educate staff on proper draught system maintenance, guide them through best-in-class cleaning and service standards, and help troubleshoot issues to keep beer quality at its peak. Along the way, you’ll strengthen relationships, support brand execution, and deliver point-of-sale materials that elevate the customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain a cleaning schedule wherein every draught beer line in the territory is cleaned on a schedule consistent with Wholesaler Equity Agreement and local laws
  • Assist with draught equipment and/ or system installation
  • Troubleshoot basic draught system problems and respond to trouble calls in a timely manner
  • Merchandise/install paper and permanent Point of Sale materials
  • Maintain product freshness and presentation through product rotation and equipment cleanliness and appearance
  • Ensure assigned Company vehicle is maintained to company standards to include truck detailing/waxing, clean interior, etc. Proactively prevent unnecessary safety risk, i.e., leaving keys unattended in vehicle, parking or driving in an unsafe manner, etc.
  • Responsible for maintenance of tools to perform specific tasks (spanner wrench,thermometers, tower wrench, etc.)
  • Perform other related job duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
