As a Housekeeper, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, associates, and visitors.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean and service resident apartments, common areas, and other designated areas throughout the community.
• Dust, polish, mop, sweep, vacuum, and remove trash according to established housekeeping procedures.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, resident areas, and high-touch surfaces.
• Properly dispose of trash and refuse while following infection-control standards.
• Follow established health, hygiene, safety, and appearance standards.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies properly to prevent waste, damage, and accidents.
• Keep utility rooms, housekeeping closets, and work areas clean and organized.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards when identified.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to residents and their families.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• At least one year of housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, senior living, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Dependability and the ability to work independently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Compassion and respect when working around older adults.

This position requires regular standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and grasping throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and frequently exert up to 50 pounds of force when moving objects or equipment.
