** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead and develop the maintenance team to drive safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
* Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
* Optimize equipment performance by analyzing downtime trends and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor/contractor relationships to support operational goals.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while fostering a strong safety culture.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance professionals in a heavy industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of industrial, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mobile equipment maintenance practices.
* Proven capability to drive equipment reliability, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
* Effective planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
** Work Environment
*** Work is performed in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment with regular exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
* Requires frequent walking, climbing, standing, and engagement with production and maintenance teams throughout the facility.
* Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided in accordance with company standards.
* Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally
