* Position Overview:

** Laborers support the day-to-day operations of the resort through hands-on construction, maintenance, and snow removal tasks. This role is physically demanding and requires individuals with proven experience in labor-intensive work such as shoveling, material handling, or construction. Laborers help ensure a safe and functional environment for both staff and guests by keeping resort facilities and grounds maintained year-round.

* Duties & Responsibilities:

*** Perform heavy physical labor including shoveling snow, raking, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
* Assist with construction and maintenance projects around resort facilities and grounds.
* Support snow and ice management efforts, including shoveling walkways, stairs, roofs, and other areas.
* Safely operate hand tools and basic equipment.
* Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety for staff and guests.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and complete daily assignments efficiently.
* Report safety concerns, hazards, or equipment issues promptly.
* Complete daily logs or reports as required.
* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications

* Qualifications:

*** Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or other physically demanding roles is required.
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, especially snow and ice.
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
* Dependable, hard-working, and safety-minded.
** Work Environment &

Physical Requirements:

*** Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects up to 75 lbs.
* Ability to perform strenuous physical activity for long periods, including bending, shoveling, and standing.
* Must be able to work in extreme cold, snow, and high winds.
* Comfortable working at high altitudes for extended periods.
* Availability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for resort operations.
