Complete Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable and customer focused Day Porter to support daily cleaning and facility upkeep at the Charleston County Main Library downtown. This position plays a key role in keeping the library clean, safe, and welcoming for staff and visitors throughout the day.

The hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm; the pay is $15-16 per hour.

• Maintain cleanliness of high traffic public areas including entrances, lobbies, restrooms, reading rooms, meeting spaces, and staff areas.
• Perform continuous touchpoint cleaning (door handles, railings, counters, tables, etc.).
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from library staff.
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the building as needed.
• Restock restroom supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Clean spills and address immediate sanitation needs to ensure safety.
• Support special events by preparing and cleaning designated areas.
• Maintain a professional, friendly presence while working around patrons and staff.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
