Owners John Morris and Brad Rambo wanted a place where family, friends, and colleagues would enjoy time spent both on and off the track. Morris and Rambo purchased the facility in 2004, with a 2.2-mile track and two storage tents situated on 193 acres.

Spring Mountain Motor Resort and Country Club is now the longest racetrack in North America and second-longest in the world at over 9-miles across its 933 acres. It is much more than a racetrack, it is the ultimate driver’s paradise, where anyone can enjoy the wonder of motorsports just outside the neon of Las Vegas. Spring Mountain Racing provides factory-authorized service, maintenance, race preparation, and technical support for the Prototype Racecars and other high-performance race vehicles. Through expert craftsmanship, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety, we deliver exceptional reliability, performance, and customer service for our members and guests.

• Serve as the primary service contact for Spring Mountain Racing customers and members, providing professional, responsive communication regarding vehicle service, maintenance, repairs, and race preparation.
• Receive and document concerns, requested services, vehicle performance issues, and maintenance needs, ensuring technicians receive clear and complete information.
• Create and maintain accurate work orders in Shop Monkey, including customer concerns, requested work, technician recommendations, parts requirements, labor, approvals, and service notes.
• Prepare accurate estimates for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and other requested services, and obtain member approval before authorized work is performed.
• Work directly with the Shop Foreman to prioritize and coordinate technician workload, vehicle scheduling, repair status, and completion timelines.
• Coordinate with Shop Technicians, the Parts Department, and Engine Builder to identify repair requirements, confirm parts availability, address additional findings, and keep work progressing efficiently.
• Review technician findings and recommendations, communicate additional repair needs to members, obtain authorization, and update the work order accordingly.
• Monitor open work orders throughout the repair process and proactively communicate vehicle status, delays, parts availability, additional recommendations, and anticipated completion dates to members.
• Maintain awareness of upcoming Race Weekends, member track days, and special events to help prioritize vehicle preparation and ensure scheduled vehicles are race ready.
• Coordinate pre-event and post-event service needs, preventative maintenance, repairs, and member requests to support vehicle readiness and reliability.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy and completeness, confirming labor, parts, technician notes, approvals, and supporting documentation are properly recorded before invoicing.
• Prepare final invoices and clearly communicate completed services, repairs, recommendations, and outstanding maintenance needs to members.
• Maintain accurate vehicle service histories and member records to support preventative maintenance planning and future service recommendations.
• Follow up on open estimates, pending approvals, backordered parts, and incomplete repairs to prevent work orders from becoming unnecessarily delayed.
• Communicate daily priorities, scheduling concerns, member needs, and unresolved service issues with the Racing Manager and Shop Foreman.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members by providing consistent communication, follow-through, and a high level of service throughout the ownership and racing experience.
