We are seeking dependable Junk Removal Specialists to support property cleanouts, turnovers, and renovation projects across our portfolio. This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Jobs are assigned based on property needs, allowing you to accept work that fits your availability.

• Remove and haul away unwanted items (furniture, appliances, debris, construction materials)
• Perform property cleanouts for residential and light commercial spaces
• Load, transport, and dispose of items responsibly
• Sweep and leave spaces clean after removal
• Identify items that can be donated or recycled when applicable
• Communicate job status and completion updates

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must have a truck, trailer, or hauling vehicle

Prior junk removal, moving, or labor experience (preferred)

Ability to lift heavy items (furniture, appliances, debris, etc.)

Knowledge of proper disposal, recycling, and donation practices

Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management

Professional attitude and ability to work independently
