CPV Manufacturing is looking for a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Associate who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for improvements, and wants to work in beautiful Kennett Square, PA. If you have minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills and are looking to stay busy for 10-20 hours a week.

• Perform general facility maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and janitorial repairs
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility, including the production areas, office, restrooms and cafeteria
• Manage inventory of janitorial and maintenance supplies
• Communicate effectively with management on status of projects and complete them in a timely fashion

• At least 3 years of general building maintenance experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Solid organizational skills, including adherence to schedules
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong initiative, integrity, and the desire and ability to work both individually and in a team environment
• Mechanical aptitude

• This position requires work in both an office and manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, twist, bend, access tight spaces and climb ladders
