As Location Supervisor, you'll oversee daily cleaning operations at your assigned worksite, keeping it clean and healthy for our customers, their clients, and the grounds. You'll lead your crew by example and serve as the customer's key point of contact.
Key Responsibilities- Crew Leadership — Ensure crew performance meets Service Master standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.
- Facility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture and equipment using Service Master products, tools, and procedures.
- Inventory — Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Safety — Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
- Site Security — Open and lock facilities, and arm and disarm security systems as required.
- Additional Duties — Other duties as assigned.
- Custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred), but not required.
- Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking role.

- Respect for co-workers and customers.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead and forward.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to read cleaning instructions and distinguish between cleaning products and their proper uses.
- Monday – Friday: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Position 1 — Works Sunday – Thursday | Off Friday & Saturday
- Position 2 — Works Friday - Tuesday | Off Wednesday & Thursday
