This position is responsible for performing routine manual, custodial and limited maintenance duties in order to maintain the buildings and grounds in a clean, orderly, sanitary and safe condition. Work involves completing routine custodial tasks and special work assignments with some independent judgement. An employee may work independently or as a member of a work crew. An employee may work their shift without immediate supervision and in accordance with established procedures and instructions.
