**** ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**### Under direction, event set-up and changeover to include moving, arranging, assembly and disassembly, setting and removal of items needed for various events.

Participates in Event set-ups and strikes, including but not limited to, chairs, tables, riser/stages, reader boards, stanchions, lecterns, piano, office furniture and equipment, etc. Cleans equipment when necessary. Makes recommendations for the improvement of all phases of the facility operation. Works safely at all times, notifying the Lead or Supervisor immediately of any accidents/incidents.

** PHYSICAL DEMANDS
** This position requires standing, walking, bending and lifting 50lbs. without assistance for 40% of the workday; irregular hours will be required. May be required to work with hazardous chemicals/substances. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.

This position requires stooping and lifting. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours. Must be able to pass background.
