AMLI Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for AMLI Evanston to supervise maintenance teams, manage schedules, and ensure timely make-readies and inspections at a 214-unit community.
You will oversee in-house and vendor work, maintain inventory, approve invoices, and drive safety compliance while mentoring staff and supporting budgeting and capital projects. Weekend/on-call availability is required.
