Marsden Services, L.L.C. seeks an On-Call Maintenance Technician in Atlanta, GA to perform building repairs, prepare vacant units, support preventive maintenance, and communicate clearly with residents, vendors and property management.
This casual role requires basic maintenance experience, basic computer skills, and effective written and verbal communication. You will be on-call, respond to deployments, and receive $21–$26 per hour plus a $75 deployment bonus for each paid shift.
