• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Location: Kentwood, MI

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM-11:00 PM

• Weekend Availability: Occasional weekends as needed

• Hours: Approximately 20-25 hours per week

• Start Date: Hiring immediately

As an Evening Janitorial Associate, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment within commercial facilities. Daily duties may include:

• Vacuuming carpeted areas and mopping hard floors

• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms

• Dusting furniture, ledges, and other surfaces

• Emptying trash and recycling containers

• Sanitizing high-touch areas throughout the facility

• Refilling restroom and breakroom supplies

• Locking or securing buildings when required

• Completing assigned cleaning tasks according to company quality standards

We're looking for team members who are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing quality service.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is helpful but not required

• At least 18 years of age

• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift

• Strong attendance record and punctuality

• Ability to work independently while following established procedures

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Paid, hands-on training
