Up to $19/hr pending experience

Monday - Friday, 5:30 PM - 9:30pm (No Weekends!)

The EG Workplace Services team is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Custodian to join our growing team. Our Managed Services division provides premium cleaning and facility support services to high-profile office environments throughout the Grand Rapids area. This is a long-term opportunity for an individual who takes pride in maintaining executive work spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism.

• Perform detailed cleaning and maintenance of executive offices, conference rooms, reception areas, break rooms, restrooms, and common spaces
• Ensure executive suites and high-visibility areas consistently meet exceptional appearance standards
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, cafeterias, and other shared spaces following established procedures
• Vacuum, sweep, dust, and wet mop floors while paying close attention to detail and presentation
• Operate floor scrubbers and other floor-care equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working in executive and administrative areas
• Identify and report facility maintenance concerns to management
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience required
• Experience cleaning executive offices, corporate headquarters, professional office environments, or other high-profile facilities strongly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate professionalism in executive settings
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Reliable transportation (position is not located on a bus line)
