Operational Repairs and General Maintenance;
Respond, diagnose and repair a variety of equipment and systems within the physical plant, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, pools, and life safety systems;
Perform tasks such as preventative maintenance, painting, drywall repair, and mechanical maintenance;
Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance tasks, streamline workflows, and ensure proper documentation and reporting is a plus;
Familiar with safety procedures, including basic emergency protocols
