Respond, diagnose, and repair a variety of equipment and systems within the physical plant, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, pools, and life safety systems;
Perform preventative maintenance, painting, drywall repair, and mechanical maintenance;
Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance tasks, document work, and report findings;
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and safety procedures;
Provide timely and courteous service to guests and address engineering-related issues or emergencies
