Keep public areas spotless, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces; dust and polish furniture; vacuum and mop floors; shampoo carpets; wash windows; empty trash;
Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and resolve service requests promptly;
Assist in guest room cleaning and fulfill service requests when needed;
Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks such as flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors
