This full‑time Groundskeeper/Janitor will work at Kenolio Apartments, a 186‑unit family housing community in Kihei, HI, on a tax credit Section 8 property.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of janitorial experience, preferably in an apartment community setting, and light maintenance experience. Basic computer skills are required for training. Salary ranges from $19.00 to $26.60 per hour; hiring range for new employees is $19.00–$22.80 per hour, DOE.

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum common areas
• Empty common area trash
• Maintain all parking areas
• Sweep and blow all landings; power wash as needed
• Conduct routine property checks to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
• Assist the maintenance technician with repairs and common area cleaning as needed
