Maintenance And Removal Lead

Location:

Maui FEMA

Summary:

The Maintenance and Removal Lead will oversee day-to-day operations related to the upkeep and removal of the ATTHUs and maintenance of the group site under this PWS. This role involves coordinating maintenance teams, scheduling and prioritizing repair and removal tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising maintenance staff, managing resources and equipment, maintaining accurate records of all activities, and troubleshooting any operational issues.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years' experience in facility or housing maintenance.

Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and prioritizing repair and removal of individual housing units
  • Supervision of maintenance staff
  • Management of equipment and other related resources
  • Oversees the recordkeeping of maintenance tasks to provide to the Government
  • Troubleshoot operational issues
  • Accomplished work in compliance with government regulations and all building codes
  • Assists in identifying material requirements for work in government acceptable format
  • Operates general purpose vehicles
  • Accomplishes work utilizing safe work practices, procedures, and adherence to OSHA
  • Participation in Quality Control and Safety Program

Special Knowledge /

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in construction scheduling and project forecasting
  • Proficient in financial reporting both at the project and program level
  • Knowledge in the construction, installation, and removal of manufactured housing and FEMA requirements
  • Must possess valid State Driver's License.
