The General Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems and equipment. This role supports overall facility operations by ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment while responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner. Pay: $26.00/hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

* Must have a Valid Driver's License

* 2-4 years of general maintenance or facilities experience

* Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

* Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs across multiple trades

* Strong problem-solving and time management skills

* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Basic computer skills for work order systems

* Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

* Complete preventative maintenance tasks and scheduled inspections

* Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner

* Troubleshoot and repair issues related to equipment, fixtures, and facility infrastructure

* Maintain and repair doors, flooring, lighting, ceilings, and other building components

* Assist with minor installations, equipment setup, and facility improvements

* Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance or safety issues

* Ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies

* Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies

* Document work performed and update maintenance systems or logs

* Support emergency maintenance and after-hours needs when required
