** is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems and equipment. This role supports overall facility operations by ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment while responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

** Pay: $26.00/hour.*

** Responsibilities*
* + Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

+ Complete preventative maintenance tasks and scheduled inspections

+ Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner

+ Troubleshoot and repair issues related to equipment, fixtures, and facility infrastructure

+ Maintain and repair doors, flooring, lighting, ceilings, and other building components

+ Assist with minor installations, equipment setup, and facility improvements

+ Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance or safety issues

+ Ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies

+ Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies

+ Document work performed and update maintenance systems or logs

+ Support emergency maintenance and after-hours needs when required

** Qualifications*
* + Must have a Valid Driver's License

+ 2-4 years of general maintenance or facilities experience

+ Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

+ Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs across multiple trades

+ Strong problem-solving and time management skills

+ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

+ Good communication and customer service skills

+ Basic computer skills for work order systems
