Job Description:

Shift: M - F 8 - 4:30

* Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

* Remains current on maintenance logs and documentation.

* Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition.

* Collaborates with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with patient care.

* Follows all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Ability to identify equipment needs, parts and supplies, and maintain adequate inventory

* Able to communicate in English

* Must have the ability to document records neatly and accurately

* Ability to generate requisitions for materials and supplies

* Ability to assign priority and teams in a timely manner

Education:

* High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Field of Study:

* High School/Equivalent grad OR 5+ years experience required

Work Experience:

* 2+ healthcare maintenance [Preferred]

* 3+ hvac [Required]

Licenses and

Certifications:

* Driver's License (DL) [Preferred]
