- Base Pay $15.59 / Hour

Assists in maintaining parts, fluids, ties, and tool inventories; opens, closes, and updates service work orders pertaining to customer needs. Assist in performing semi-skilled and administrative work in maintaining the facilities and equipment of the Fleet Services division.
The employee will have the responsibility of:- Opening,closing,andupdatingserviceworkorders
- Documentingandtrackingthecustomerinformationandserviceworkneedsand communicates this information to a supervisor and technician
- Inputtingthecustomerandvehicle/equipmentinformationintothefleetmanagement system
- Notifyingcustomerswhenvehicle/equipmentisreadyfor pickup by email, phone, or text
- Receiving,stocksandissuesinventoryitemstotechnicians,customers,and ensures they are issued to the appropriate work order(s).
- Periodicallydrivingtopick-upparts,asfaras
Dallasor San Antonio - Updatinginventorylistingsintheapplicabledatabase,includingreconciliationof inventory monthly and annually
- Assistinginthebudgetingprocessthroughoutthefiscal year
- Maintainingpartsroom,andotherareasasassigned,clean,safe,secure,andwell organized
- Manufacturing hydraulicandpneumatichosesfromavailable stock
- Installingannualregistrationstickersandlicenseplatesas required
- Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Minimumofone(1) yearofrelatedexperienceinwarehouse/purchasing,equipment maintenance, and/or service writing; or
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license within ninety (90) days of hire
- Must have a valid driver’s license by date-of-hire
- Participates in On-Call program within six months of hire – approximately one week per month
- Required Documentation Must provide proof of education
