Schedule:
Flexible schedule. Employees select schedules in 4-hour increments. Must average less than 28 hours/week. Hours are not guaranteed. Shift can occur at any time based on business need. Shift segments are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis., Variable. Select 4-hour increments through an online process.
- Variable. Example: starting at 7:40 pm means ending at 11:40 pm. If 2 blocks are selected in a row, starting at 7:40 pm means ending at 3:40am.
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
- You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You can stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You are willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant
- You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces
- Operate automated warehouse equipment and use technology to pick and load beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos, keeping orders accurate and shipments on schedule for communities
- Monitor label/print machines to ensure no jams
- Operate auto case erector (ACE)
- Empty Carton Recycle, which requires organizing cartons and putting usable cartons back into the GES system
- Ensure proper cart handling and storage throughout the warehouse and within trailers
- Pick appropriate product according to order using required technology
- Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer
- Distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory
- Complete general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (for example: sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash)

Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training
High Energy Workplace:
On the go for most of the day in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift
