Senior Field Service Technician

Visit customers in assigned geography to diagnose and repair moderate to highly complex Coca‑Cola beverage equipment for resale, including fountain beverage dispensers, coolers, vendors, payment systems, and ancillary equipment. Visits are typically scheduled through an assigned dispatcher but can also be technician‑generated proactively. Responsible for the transportation, installation, removal, and repair of equipment as assigned. Works under limited supervision.

Pay: $26.98

Job Level: 3

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment (e.g., B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) and other beverage equipment to determine work, parts, and materials needed and perform required repairs. Move or remove equipment as required.
  • Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area.
  • Interact effectively and appropriately with customers, management, and associates.
  • Upon completion of service call, clean and sanitize equipment and work area.
  • Use handheld device to document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) for each activity.
  • Check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies) correctly.
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30‑$35K estimated value) and keep a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.
  • Attend meetings as assigned.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
  • Assist other associates as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required.
  • CFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required.
  • 1–2 years of beverage service technician experience (EFC, fountain install, bottle/can reactive) preferred.
  • Proficiency with SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad device.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Driving record meets Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work with others.
  • Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications within the first year.
  • Ability to complete equipment manufacturing and company training within 180 days of hire.
