MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

If YOU are a Qualified Maintenance Supervisor and GOOD at what YOU do, PLEASE APPLY!! We are seeking a Qualified Maintenance Supervisor for our locations near the Kingsland, GA area (100+ units). We are seeking an organized, responsible maintenance supervisor to lead and develop our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and technical work with excellent leadership and communication skills.

• HVAC trained and certified
• Skilled in all aspects of maintenance: plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, pool
• Oversee, manage, and direct all maintenance employees, procedures, and operations
• Train new employees in maintenance work processes and safety procedures
• Perform evaluations of employees to ensure quality of work
• Record and track daily progress of maintenance team
• Communicate daily with the Property Manager
• Help create and adhere to maintenance operation budget
• Maintain current records for unit/building maintenance
• Ensure maintenance shop is kept clean and organized
• Manage proactively a critical parts list in maintenance shop
• Maintain vendor relationships and order maintenance supplies as needed
• Authorized to work in the US

You will direct and oversee all daily maintenance activities including delegation of tasks, manage overall maintenance programs of the property, and implement/supervise preventative maintenance. You will ensure completion of work orders within 24 hours and make-ready turn arounds in a timely manner. You willwork hands-on as required or directed by Property Manager.
