Clean and sanitize facility floors within designated production areas.

Operate floor scrubbers, floor steamers, mops, and scrub brushes to maintain cleanliness.

Remove dirt, debris, and buildup from production floor surfaces.

Follow GMP requirements, sanitation protocols, and company cleaning procedures.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Use only approved cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies provided by the company.

Report cleaning or safety concerns to on-site leadership.

Complete assigned floor cleaning tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards.

Follow all company policies, site rules, and supervisor instructions.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Basic GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) training required prior to assignment.

Additional sanitation or cleaning experience is beneficial but not required.

At least 6 months of cleaning experience preferred.

Able to lift 30 pounds.

OK with being on your feet most of the shift.

Previous janitorial, sanitation, housekeeping, floor care, warehouse cleaning, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.

Ability to safely operate basic cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers and steamers.

Experience using manual cleaning tools such as mops and scrub brushes.

Be reliable and ready to work.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to push, pull, and operate floor cleaning equipment safely.

Ability to work for extended periods in production and manufacturing environments.

Ability to perform repetitive cleaning duties while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ability to follow safe chemical handling and sanitation procedures after training.
