Prepare documentation with notes, photos, and documents for insurance reimbursement;
Explain processes and next steps to customers in person using printed materials as a guide;
Load and ensure equipment and supplies are on the truck and ready for each job; arrive at the work site;
Monitor the drying plan and meter readings; maintain quality control on each job; obtain customer signatures and payments when necessary
