* We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
** Facilities Maintenance Personnel
** to join our team at a state-of-the-art pork processing plant. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the plant’s equipment, systems, and infrastructure. You will be instrumental in maintaining and repairing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

** Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Perform preventive maintenance by lubricating parts, drive chains, and more to ensure machines are always in top shape. Swift Fixes:
Replace belts, filters, gears, chains, and valves, keeping production moving without interruption. Hands-On Repairs:
Tackle machine breakdowns by fixing guards, replacing bolts, motors, and conveyor belt tracks, and handling wear-and-tear issues efficiently.
* ** Facility & Grounds Maintenance:
** Maintain a Top-Notch Facility:
Keep buildings and grounds in pristine condition, ensuring the plant stays fully functional and productive at all times. Make It Shine:
Perform interior and exterior painting to keep the plant looking its best. Beautify the Outdoors:
Mow, trim, edge, fertilize, and maintain landscaped areas, while caring for trees, plants, and shrubs through weeding, pruning, and spraying. Winter-Ready:
Handle snow removal and salting of facilities and pathways to keep the plant accessible in any season.

Inspect assigned areas for hazards, and take action to correct or report any safety concerns to ensure a safe working environment. Safety Focused:
Follow safe work methods, use safety gear, secure work areas, and actively participate in safety meetings to keep yourself and the team safe.

** Flexible Support:
Step in as a substitute custodian when needed, making sure the plant is always clean and ready for business. Vendor Relations:
Work with outside vendors on contracts, including custodial services, to ensure smooth operations.
