Smart Talent is seeking a dependable and hands-on Facilities & Site Support Manager to join our client's team in Kirkland, WA. This role is ideal for someone with strong building maintenance experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate projects, vendors, and day-to-day property operations within a residential condominium community.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable balancing both administrative coordination and hands-on maintenance responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term growth within a stable and well-maintained property environment.

Kirkland, WA
PAY: $40 - $50/hour DOE

SCHEDULE:
Flexible schedule, approximately 25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance, repair, and improvement projects throughout the property
- Perform minor repairs, troubleshooting, and general maintenance tasks as needed
- Work closely with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and larger projects
- Assist with bid requests, project coordination, and capital improvement planning
- Order and manage maintenance supplies, materials, and operational equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, building interiors, and exterior grounds
- Maintain and update residential building call box and directory systems
- Communicate with local agencies and vendors regarding compliance and operational matters
- Monitor rentable storage unit availability and usage
- Maintain communication with the Community Manager and HOA representatives
- Provide regular updates and activity reports regarding completed and upcoming work
- Previous building maintenance, facilities, or property management experience required
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools for minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and multiple ongoing projects
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage schedules, reports, and vendor communication
- Project management or facilities coordination experience is highly preferred
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
- Ability to regularly walk the property, including stairs and uneven surfaces
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and perform general physical maintenance activities
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment
