We are looking for an experienced and dependable Janitorial Technician to join our team on a swing shift in Kirkland, WA. If you enjoy working independently and take pride in keeping facilities clean and safe, this is a great opportunity for you!

Shift: Swing Shift | 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.30 per hour

• Clean and maintain commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies
• Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
• Ensure all areas meet high cleanliness standards

• Previous janitorial/cleaning experience REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently during evening/night hours
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift, bend, and stay on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
