Seeking a make ready-tech/porter/groundskeeper role with a set schedule of Wednesday
- Sunday.

Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.

Hourly:
Starting at $21.53 - $26.91 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.

Annual Starting Comp: $44,782 - $55,972.

• Enjoy a 40% housing discount (pending standard credit and background approval for all occupants), with the opportunity to increase to 50% after just two years of employment with us!
• Annual PTO including:

• Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including cleanliness of amenity spaces, common areas, parking lots or decks, maintenance shop, and leasing office.
• Assist with weather related cleanup as needed.
• Management of recycling and trash operations including trash chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms.
• Apartment make ready support such as painting, cleaning, and light maintenance.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects.
• Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Basic computer skills and smart phone use.
• Ability to take direction and work independently through task completion.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
