We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Floor Technician to join our team at Kirksville Manor Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Kirksville, Missouri. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our floors, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

• Clean and maintain all floors, including sweeping, mopping, stripping, and polishing tile surfaces, and carpets.
• Restock supplies and restrooms, ensuring adequate inventory levels
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Assist with daily cleaning routines, including cleaning equipment and common areas
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the job
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to management in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not necessary
