Plant Engineer

We are looking for a PLANT ENGINEER to lead the maintenance team and ensure the safe and efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team.
• Schedule and oversee all maintenance and repair activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Train and develop maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Maintenance X
• Lean Six Sigma

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required;
  Mechanical Engineering preferred
• CMMS Software
• Power BI
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
