Kobe Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining facilities, and is eager to expand their skills in building and equipment maintenance.

In this role, you will support multiple Kobe restaurant locations by performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure our facilities remain safe, clean, and operating efficiently.

• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and building systems
• Assist with cleaning, light landscaping, exterior upkeep, and general handyman tasks
• Clean and maintain restaurant equipment, including burners, deep fryers, steamers, air vents, and kitchen hoods
• Travel between restaurant locations throughout the Greater Orlando area

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Schedule open to discussion; flexibility for an earlier start time to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Participation in a rotating on‑call schedule for occasional evening or weekend emergencies

• At least 1 year of general maintenance, landscaping, or related experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Willingness to learn multiple trades
• Strong time management and problem‑solving skills
• Must be able to frequently move and position equipment or materials weighing up to 50 lbs and adjust items at various heights

• Reliable truck, van, or utility vehicle (mileage reimbursed at the full IRS standard rate)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and use email for work communication
