Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Heron Ridge, a 331-unit apartment community in Kissimmee, FL. You will lead the maintenance staff and ensure the property's appearance and operations meet Dominium's standards.
Responsibilities include directing a maintenance team, handling work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe, compliant facilities. Previous 3–5 years in maintenance and hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems are required.
