Bell Partners is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to keep our community grounds clean and well‑maintained. You will work under the Community Manager or Maintenance Manager to ensure outdoor spaces meet our standards and residents enjoy a welcoming environment.
Role involves mowing, pruning, debris removal, gutter cleaning, and assisting with pool maintenance and basic repair tasks. A minimum of 2+ years in grounds keeping and landscaping is required, along with a high school diploma.
