We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Groundskeeper / Maintenance Team Member to help maintain our beautiful property. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and have experience with landscaping and general maintenance, we'd love to hear from you!

• Mow grass, edge sidewalks, trim bushes, and use weed eaters.

• Mulch flower beds, plant trees, and remove dead brush.

• Empty trash cans, replace liners, and remove litter throughout the property.

• Clean, disinfect, and restock public restrooms.

• Pressure wash buildings, sidewalks, and paver areas.

• Perform maintenance and upkeep of the gem mining attraction.

• Repair picnic tables, patch fences, paint structures, and complete basic carpentry projects.

• Safely operate equipment including zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, UTVs, and occasionally forklifts.

• Assist with additional property maintenance projects as needed.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in professional landscaping, commercial property maintenance, or a related trade.

• Experience operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

• Basic carpentry and repair skills are preferred.

• Knowledge of workplace safety practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe chemical handling.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
