Valencia College is seeking a Lead Custodian at the Kissimmee campus to lead custodial staff and perform extensive cleaning duties across buildings. This on-site role requires flexibility in schedule with a Monday–Friday 4:00 pm to 12:30 am shift and potential weekend variations.
The position supports floor maintenance, equipment handling, and minor cleaning-related logistics. A valid Florida driver’s license is required, and prior custodial experience is preferred.
