As a Weekend Baker at Tim Hortons in Kitchener, ON (Fischer Hallman Plaza), you’ll help ensure the restaurant is stocked with fresh baked items and ready to serve guests throughout the day. This is a hands‑on role for someone who’s reliable
, positive, and comfortable working early shifts.

This position is specifically designed for candidates who can commit to both Saturday and Sunday and who are ready to start as early as 3:00 AM
. You’ll play a key part in keeping product quality high and supporting a smooth weekend operation.

In this role, you’ll focus on producing and maintaining fresh baked goods during weekend shifts while following Tim Hortons standards. You’ll also contribute to a clean, organized work environment and help deliver great guest experiences through consistency and teamwork. This job requires strong dependability and the ability to handle early starts, with shifts that may run up to 3:00 PM depending on restaurant hours, for approximately 20 hours per week
