As an Assistant Area Manager, you will assist the current Area Manager in managing 10 Popeyes locations - Driving sales and profitability through effective financial management and strong leadership. You will provide guidance and support to Restaurant General Managers, ensuring the successful operation of each location while upholding company policies and procedures. The perfect candidate would be their restaurant’s brand champion and inspire their teams to deliver food to guests that is cooked to perfection, made with love, and served up with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality.

A

minimum of 2 years’ Store Management experience, currently in the QSR industry, is required. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of food safety and Ontario labor workplace safety regulations. Demonstrated success in keeping labor and food cost to a set target. Must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to successfully perform all job duties of all positions in the restaurant.
