Groundskeeper​/Maintenance Technician

Hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the community grounds and park-owned facilities. This is a full‑time position, working mostly outdoors in a friendly and welcoming environment.

We are looking for proactive, self‑starter individuals who can work well within a team as well as independently. Plowing experience is mandatory. Candidates with property management experience are preferred.

• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Facility maintenance
• Plowing
• Activities described above: mowing, digging, operating equipment, painting, carpentry, fence building, vehicle maintenance and repairs, etc.

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must possess plowing experience.
• Valid license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• At least two years of experience in a trade, maintenance, or relevant work experience.

Pay commensurate with skill set. Pays $24.00 – $26.00 per hour. Expected hours: 40 per week.
