Flat rate pay scale. Opportunity to make $60,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience

Schedule:

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll DoPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.

Diagnose cause of malfunction.

Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.

Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.

Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools to include screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels and punches, and other tools needed to perform the work for which the technician is trained and not normally inventoried by the service department as "special tools".Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day.

Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.

What You'll Bring3+ years experience as an Automotive Service Technician required.

Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles efficiently while delivering quality expertise.

Operate a wide variety of cars, trucks and vans with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality repairs.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
