Physical , Impact - Traveling Traffic Technician

Quality Counts (QC) is seeking a technician who is ready to travel Tennessee to help complete a large-scale transportation project.

Travel Field Technician - Transportation - Duties:

• Travel between Knoxville and Chattanooga on a regular basis, completing various traffic data collection activities.
• Create detailed field survey notes at project locations
• Upload recorded video to our data team for processing

Travel Field Technician - Transportation - Requirements:

• Minimal experience needed – just a willingness to learn and get your hands dirty!
• Looking for part-time employment only (seasonal hours can range from 10-30 a week)
• Schedule availability for ~ 6 months to complete all project assignments (early Spring through mid-late Fall; schedule subject to shift based on project scope)
• Availability to travel between Knoxville and Chattanooga, with occasional overnight stays between one and seven days (paid for by QC)
• Thrives in an outdoor working environment
• Ready to perform physical labor
• Takes initiative and can work independently
• Doesn’t skip the details
• Can lift equipment (up to 50lbs), climb ladders (up to 15 feet), and safely operate power tools
