We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaners to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at Central Baptist Church in Fountain City

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities
• Maintain assigned areas to company and client cleanliness standards
• Respond promptly to spills and other unexpected cleaning needs
• Follow all safety, security, and facility procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently and on schedule
• Represent the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right candidate
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation is required
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
